Inclusive leadership is essential in today’s workplace. Being an ally goes beyond good intentions — it requires daily actions that create psychological safety, foster belonging, and unlock the full potential of your team.

This training helps you build awareness of bias, privilege, and systemic barriers, practise inclusive leadership behaviours, and implement concrete measures to embed DEIB values in your leadership practice. You will also learn how to redesign team processes to promote equity and ensure that allyship becomes a visible part of your daily leadership.

In this training, you will:

  • Recognise unconscious biases and their impact
  • Understand diversity dimensions and reflect on privilege
  • Practise perspective-taking and empathy
  • Foster psychological safety and encourage courageous dialogue
  • Apply allyship through consistent, everyday leadership actions
