Conflicts in the workplace are not the exception - they are part of everyday professional life. What makes the difference is how you handle them. In this two-day training, you will learn to recognise conflict signals early, understand their causes, and apply effective strategies for resolution.  

The programme covers key areas such as perception levels and communication patterns, types of conflict and their dynamics, as well as techniques for leading difficult discussions. You will develop behavioural alternatives for challenging situations and practise solution-oriented questioning in role-plays and group exercises. The training is available as a live online session or on-site and follows our 4REAL model, which combines interactive learning with sustainable transfer into your daily work.  

After completing this training, you will be able to address conflicts constructively, apply de-escalation techniques with confidence, and turn potential disruptions into productive outcomes for your team.
