This training is available as a live online or on-site course and is delivered by accredited ITIL® 4 trainers.  

After completing the seminar, you will be fully prepared for the official ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam administered by PeopleCert. With this internationally recognized qualification, you strengthen your professional profile and gain the competence to actively contribute to a service-oriented IT organization.

Exam Process: Face-to-face and online seminars: You can take the certification exam after the seminar. A few days before the seminar starts, you will receive further information on booking an individual online exam appointment (OLP online proctoring) from the responsible examination organization Peoplecert. 

Exam Voucher/Fees: The fee for the exam voucher is EUR 420,00 plus applicable VAT. The exam fee is not included in the seminar price and will be invoiced separately. Please note that prices are subject to change by Peoplecert. Peoplecert trainings can only be booked in conjunction with an exam. With your exam voucher, you can register for the online exam and gain access to your e-book and official training material. Register before the start of the seminar, but at the latest on the 1st day of the seminar at https://peoplecert.org 

Exam Type: The exam is a multiple-choice exam with 40 questions that must be answered within 60 minutes. Non-native speakers have an additional 15 minutes and can use a dictionary. No other aid is allowed. To obtain the ITIL® Foundation certificate, 26 out of 40 exam questions, which is 65%, must be answered correctly. Exam Language: English. The seminar is conducted by accredited ITIL® 4 trainers.

Who is the ITIL® 4 Foundation course designed for?  

This course is ideal for business and IT executives, IT managers, service managers, process owners, project managers, consultants, and anyone involved in IT service management who wants to build a solid foundation in ITIL® 4. No specific role or seniority level is required. 

Do I need any prior knowledge to attend?  

No. There are no formal prerequisites for the ITIL® 4 Foundation course or the certification exam. That said, basic familiarity with IT services and business processes is helpful. 

How does the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam work?  

The exam is a multiple-choice test with 40 questions to be answered within 60 minutes. You need at least 26 correct answers (65%) to pass. Non-native English speakers receive an additional 15 minutes and may use a dictionary. The exam is administered online by PeopleCert after the seminar. 

Is the exam fee included in the course price?  

No. The exam voucher costs EUR 420.00 plus applicable VAT and is invoiced separately from the seminar price. Please note that exam fees are set by PeopleCert and may be subject to change.
